Clearing browser's cache on Android 4 and above (Chrome)

Note: These instructions were written based on a Google Nexus 7 running Android 4.4 (KitKat) where the default browser is Google Chrome. However, the steps should be similar for most Android systems.

Update: Instructions has been verified on Android 5.x (Lollipop) and 6.x (Marshmallow)

1) Browser Settings

Open your browser and Click on the menu in the top right corner, and choose Settings.

Your Android browser settings menu should now be displayed.

2) Clearing Cache

Select the option labeled Privacy.

Now click on 'Clear Browsing Data', this will prompt you with a message to confirm your action.

Tick on: 

Clear browsing history
Clear the cache
Clear cookie, site data

Note: On later versions of Android, the option will be at the available at the bottom of the  Privacy page.

click on Clear.

3) Cached cleared

Your device will work for a moment and the process will complete. You've now successfully deleted all browsing history, cache and cookies from your device!
