If you're currently connected to the Internet via IPv6, you will very likely experience issues connecting to our service.

To disable IPv6, please follow the instructions below:

There are 2 ways to disable IPv6 on your network. You can do so by deactivating IPv6 on your router, which will automatically apply the change to your entire network, or you can disable IPv6 on individual devices.

Below we will walk you through disabling IPv6 on macOS.

First of all, click on Apple menu and choose System Preferences.

Next, Click on Network.

Now, choose Wi-Fi if you're connected via wireless or Ethernet if you're connected via wired connection and click on Advanced.

Then click TCP/IP. Click on the Configure IPv6 pop-up menu and set it  to Off and click OK.

Now that IPv6 has been disabled on your computer, please restart your computer as well as router.

Note: If you don't have the option to turn off IPv6, please run a command through the Terminal application.  To open Terminal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open Finder
  2. Click on Applications
  3. Click on Utilities Folder
  4. Double Click on Terminal.app

Next, enter the command below.

If you're connected via WiFi (Wireless Connection)

networksetup -setv6off Wi-Fi

If you're connected via an Ethernet (Wired connection)

networksetup -setv6off Ethernet

You may need to enter your macOS's password to confirm the changes.
