We will not enter into any contractual agreements regarding the provision of this service.

That said, we operate a fault tolerant cluster using top quality dedicated servers located in Tier 1 data centres around the globe and our upstream SLAs provide for 99.9% uptime and unlimited bandwidth, which we in turn, pass on to our subscribers.
