How to hide or rearrange channel icons in Apple TV 3
In your Apple TV 3, there could be a lot of other channels that you don't watch or don't use. In order to simplify your Apple TV 3 main menu, you can choose to hide the other channels or rearrange them.
To
rearrange the channel icons, please follow the steps below:
1 - With the supplied Apple TV 3 remote, please
highlight the channel that you would like to
rearrange and then
hold on the
center silver button (where you use to enter channels or menus)
2 - Once the icons become '
wobbly', you can start
moving the icon to the location that you desire
3 - When you're done arranging, you can click on the center silver button again
To
hide certain channel icons, please follow the steps below instead:
1 - With the supplied Apple TV remote, please
highlight the channel that you would like to
hide and then
hold on the
center silver button (where you select the channels)
2 - Once the icons become '
wobbly', click on the
Play/Pause button and then select
Hide This Item.
If you've
accidentally hidden the channel that you would like to watch, you can follow the instructions below:
1 - Go to
Settings, followed by
Main Menu
2 -
Scroll down to the channel that you would like to
unhide, and then click on the
center silver button on your remote. This will
change the channel
from Show to Hide.
