How do I renew my subscription?
In order to renew your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to our website using your registered e-mail and password.
2. You should now be in the Client Area.
3. Click on Renew Your Subscription (The button is highlighted in Red).
4. Choose your subscription plan duration. (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) and choose Subscribe now.
6. On the next screen, please enter your payment details into the PaymentWall payment portal.
7. Confirm that everything is in order and click on Buy to complete the payment.
If you would like to change the payment method and gateway, kindly close the PaymentWall portal, and go to Billing by clicking on your email listed on the top of our website. Once there, please select the current invoice (by clicking onView Invoice) that you wish to pay and you'll be redirected to the invoice.
You can select your preferred payment method and gateway (BitCoin) from the drop down menu found at the top right corner of your screen.
