How do I Cancel?

If you wish to cancel, you can simply log in to our client area.

Click on Services and My Services, the select View Details next to the service you wish to cancel.

When the service is displayed, click on Management Actions and then Request Cancellation.

You can then enter a short message to us and indicate whether you want to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
